NDIS Plan Management is a support that helps you manage your NDIS funding. A Plan Manager like MARS handles provider payments, keeps track of your budget, and helps you understand your plan—so you can focus on achieving your goals without the stress of financial admin.

Is Plan Management funded by the NDIS?

Yes, Plan Management is fully funded under the NDIS. If you choose Plan Management, it will be included in your plan under the category Improved Life Choices and does not take away from your other supports.

How do I register with MARS Plan Manager?

Registration is easy! You can:

  • Register online via our website
  • Call us directly at 0408 465 159
  • Email us and we'll guide you through the process

We'll take care of the setup, including contacting your providers if needed.

Can I still choose my own providers?

Absolutely. With Plan Management, you can use both registered and non-registered providers, giving you greater choice and flexibility over who delivers your supports.

How often are invoices processed?

We process invoices daily, Monday to Friday. Once approved, most providers are paid within 1–3 business days.

Can I see how my funds are being spent?

We provide real-time budget access so you, your carer, or provider can view spending, remaining funds, and invoices at any time. We'll also alert you if your funds are running low.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. You are free to change Plan Managers at any time. If you ever choose to move on, we'll ensure a smooth handover without delay or disruption to your supports.

How do I switch from my current plan manager to MARS?

No problem at all—you can change Plan Managers at any time. Once you register with MARS Plan Manager, we'll guide you through the process. You'll need to notify your current Plan Manager that you're making a change, and we'll take care of setting up our service booking. We'll ensure the transition is smooth, so there's no disruption to your supports.
